Registering to be an organ donor is a fairly easy and straight-forward process.

In order to register, you simply have to fill out the registration form shown on the right, which takes only about 2 minutes to do. You can download the pdf for this form below.

Alternatively, you can visit the Qatar Organ Donor Centre near Hamad Medical Corporation, and sign up at the Donor Registry office. Below is the map of the location of this centre.
